Flatiron apartments provide residents with a variety of large lofts, condos and rentals. Flatiron (also known as the Flatiron District) is located in the central part of Manhattan and runs from Park Avenue to 6th Avenue and from 14th Street up to 23rd street. It is known for its sprawling loft offices and residences, which evoke a certain industrial feel. The neighborhood is conveniently located in between Union Square and Madison Square Park. Residents are never at a loss for things to do with a movie theater, jazz lounge, ping pong club, greenmarkets and outdoor comfort food available to all. Moreover, the restaurant selection is top-notch with some of the best food destinations in the city located here.
