Ilan Rosenthal is a principal and managing partner of Living Real Estate Group, a full-service brokerage firm based in New York, NY. Ilan’s experience in the real estate industry and his dedication to provide a high level of service to his client base has led to a successful career by the age of just 28.
Combining his vast knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market with his strong network of connections, Ilan can deliver to his clients opportunities that many other brokers cannot provide. He aptly understands the intricacies of the real estate industry and can easily walk an individual through the many moving parts of a transaction.
Rosenthal worked as a real estate salesperson and broker at other top brokerage firms in New York City before joining Living Real Estate Group in 2008. He has a wealth of experience dealing with all types of real estate transactions including residential sales and rentals, commercial office space leasing, retail leasing and investment property sales.
Ilan prides himself on striving to be as helpful to his clients as possible. He is honest, direct and extremely familiar with New York City. He takes the time to get to know his clients and learn about their preferences to make informed recommendations. Ilan Rosenthal grew up in Great Neck, NY on Long Island and went to college at George Washington University in Washington, DC. He currently lives in Gramercy Park, a popular neighborhood on the east side of Manhattan.
