Apartments Lincoln Center

Lincoln Center apartments are some of the most desirable homes in New York City. The neighborhood around Lincoln Center, sometimes referred to as Lincoln Square, runs from Central Park West to Amsterdam Avenue and from 62nd Street up to 66th Street. This tiny sliver of the Upper West Side is home to multiple landmarks, including its namesake, Lincoln Center, which houses the Metropolitan Opera and Avery Fisher Hall. The area’s proximity to the rest of the Upper West Side, Hell’s Kitchen and Midtown allows residents to enjoy other sections of the city easily.

Real estate offerings here primarily include luxury doorman high rises with prices elevated due to the highly coveted location. Demographics trend toward an older, well-to-do crowd with a large proportion of families as well. Subway options are excellent for traveling up and down the west side, while six cross-town buses are available to take you to the east side.

In addition to living near Lincoln Center, residents have easy access to several other great spots in the city. Central Park is only a block or two away and offers endless amounts of opportunities for relaxing, playing and enjoying all kinds of recreational activities. Columbus Circle and the Time Warner Center offer nice scenic views, shopping, dining and entertainment all in one location. Furthermore, the newly renovated Empire Hotel provides a great spot for casual drinks in its rooftop bar and lounge.
